Training accounts and registrations

We collect your name, email address, contact number, general location, account identifier and the information you provide when registering. Training records include course orders, payment status, any bank payment proof you upload, lesson progress and quiz results. We record your acknowledgement of this notice.

We use this information to manage your account, provide course access, plan attendance and send account, payment and joining instructions. Authorised training staff can review registration and payment records. Card details are collected by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Card payments are processed by Global Digital Prime, Inc.

Transactional account and training messages are separate from optional marketing updates. Where an updates checkbox is offered, you can register without selecting it and can withdraw that choice later. Please avoid entering sensitive information in optional questions.

Affiliate programme and referral tracking

Affiliate applications store your account details, promotion plan, phone number, chosen payout method and payout details. Authorised administrators use these to review participation, manage commissions and arrange manual payments.

When a visitor opens an approved referral link, we record the affiliate, destination page and time of the visit. A cookie named pwd_aff remembers the affiliate code for 30 days in that browser, allowing an eligible course registration to be attributed. You can remove or block the cookie in your browser; doing so may prevent referral credit.

Affiliates can see their own click totals, referred registration status and commission records. Referred students are displayed to them by first name and last initial, rather than email address. Payout details and administrative review notes are not public.

United States governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by applicable United States federal and state laws. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory privacy rights or protections that apply to you where you live.
